We offer flat-rate shipping to locations in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for flat-rate shipping. International Buyers, including Canada and Mexico, will be responsible for shipping arrangements and costs outside of the US.
Please review the individual item listing for the flat rate cost and any special handling instructions. Some machines are not deliverable with a liftgate. Terms: All items are sold AS IS. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read all of the Seller’s terms and conditions, including the terms listed in the description under each listing.
Binding Contract: If you are the highest bidder on a lot when the lot closes, you agree to purchase that lot for the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium.
Buyer’s Premium: You agree to pay a buyer’s premium of 10% of the hammer price in addition to the hammer price of a lot you win. This premium will be added to the hammer price in your invoice.
Item Descriptions: Most of our machines are purchased from leasing companies, and every machine was previously under a service contract. All items are presumed to be in working condition when taken out of service unless otherwise stated in the item’s description. You are bidding on the item(s) shown in the images and/or video. We have done our best to provide as much information about the equipment as possible. All descriptions are written to best fit each item, but some descriptions may be taken from the manufacturer’s website. Please note that features can change and there may be issues we are not aware of. If there is any discrepancy between the written description and the images, please refer to the images. If in doubt about an item, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to contact the Seller before bidding. We will do our best to answer your questions, but we may be able to provide every specific detail of every machine.
Payment: Full payment must be received by the seller before the payment deadline. You have three (3) business days from the day the auction closes to make payment. Please do not bid if you cannot secure payment by the payment deadline. Your account will be flagged in the event of a non-payment. Please refer to the Seller directly with questions about payment types or if you do not receive an invoice. There is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions.
Shipping: You may not take possession of any item(s) until the Seller receives payment in full. Shipping will not be arranged until payment has been received and processed. The Seller is not responsible for any cosmetic damage that may occur during shipping that does not affect the overall function of the machine. If the machine is damaged in shipping, the Buyer must directly notify the Seller immediately. If the Seller or its consignor is unable to deliver any lot or any necessary documentation required in respect of any lot, the Buyer’s sole and exclusive liability shall be the return of any monies paid on such lot.
Complete Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any posted notices and/or additional terms provided in the description of any lots within this auction, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the auction sale catalog shall be offered for sale or sold by Seller or any consignor of such property for whom Seller acts as agent. No oral agreements made between Buyer and Seller shall be valid unless memorialized by both parties in writing.
