Note: Buyers premium is 10% If invoice is paid by Check, ACH, eCheck or Wire. eCheck is preferred because it is easy and free, just send us an image of your check and we do the rest.

Some items may have video. Videos in our listings are the actual machine you are bidding on running in our facility.

We are selling the best assets of multiple printing companies in one auction. We DO NOT provide any warranties or guarantees. All items are presumed to be in working condition when taken out of service. Printer Strategies strongly encourages bidders to come and inspect the items in person, or to send a representative to evaluate the item(s) for their own self interest.
Bidding Extensions are 5 Minutes
All Items located in the Printer Strategies warehouse in St. Charles MO will be loaded onto a truck at no additional cost. If we can put your item on a standard 40 x 48 skid, we will do so for no additional cost. This service includes band strapping, corner boards, and stretch wrap as needed. We continue to offer custom pallets and packaging (i.e. crating) however those services will be by quote. Items on wheels can be packaged with corner boards and stretch wrap, and then blanket wrapped and strapped to the truck at no additional cost over that of the truck. As always, Printer Strategies is happy to assist in arranging shipping, or you may arrange your own, including free pick ups. Most items have weights and dims in the auction listing along with pictures of how the machine is packed.
We have done our best to provide as much information about these items as possible. The descriptions are taken primarily from the manufacturers website. There are things we do not have perfect knowledge of because features change. When there is a discrepancy between the written description and the actual item, the photographs will win out. You are bidding on the items in the photographs, not the written descriptions. Please make sure to look over ALL images.
Special Notice International Bidders: We greatly appreciate your business. In the past, we have tried to work with you on payment and shipping. We have no problem with holding equipment for up to 30 days for shipping, but it MUST be PAID for within 3 DAYS. We will work with you on trying to complete a container, but PLEASE do not bid if you cannot meet these conditions. We do not like to re-list items!
Items purchased and not picked up or delivered within 30 days are subject to storage charges unless previous arrangements are made. Items purchased and not picked up within 3 months will be considered abandoned and will be forfeit unless other arrangements are made in writing with PS.
Payment Deadline is 3 Business Days after auction closes.
This auction we will have links to additional information on each lot that takes you to our website. Information like additional photos, video, or answers to customer questions that might help others as well will be found in these links. For example, as we pack equipment we will update the link with additional photos, weights and dimensions, etc so that you can get a firm shipping quote. Answers to questions like "does the machine have X" will also be updated there for all potential bidders to see.
