Bidding extensions
If a bid is placed within 5 minutes of lot ending, remaining bidding time will be extended to 5 minutes.

All items are sold as is where is.
Title & Guaranty
Good & marketable title to the Equipment free of all liens encumbrances, will be conveyed to Buyer or its' nominee upon receipt of payment in full.Access to the equipment
Sufficient access and loading dock availability will be given to the Buyer for the duration of the removal of the
Equipment from site.
Shipping Info
Buyer will be responsible for all removal and loading costs. Technicians on site that can be hired for removal and any third party riggers or technicians must supply insurance information for approval.
